Integrity – Integrity is the base requirement of any business model. At Intarc, Integrity is associated with ethics. We define integrity as honesty and ethical in every action. We shall act and take decisions in a manner such that these are fair, honest and follow the highest standards of professionalism. Team Management on the basis of Domain Expertise – “Best Man for the Job“ –
This implicates our team selection strategy for each of our endeavors. For each of the project related to a particular domain, a team is selected out of our resources. It is made sure that each of the members of the team possesses relevant qualification as well as experience within the corresponding domain. We have in house resources and libraries to support the team during their endeavors in complex and highly technical innovations. Quality – Quality is a no-doubt a relative term. However, we at Intarc strive hard to provide the best which one could do, in each of our endeavor. To achieve this, we follow a multi-level quality check strategy. For each of the project a multi-level team is appointed. The quality check is performed at each phase of the project.
